DGAP-News: Gerry Weber International AG: Publication of audited annual and consolidated accounts for fiscal year 2021 postponed to 30 May 2022

Halle/Westphalia, 27 April 2022 - In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the engagement of the new auditor KPMG who are conducting their first-time audit with a thorough review of all procedures and controls, GERRY WEBER International AG postpones the publication of its annual general 2021 result originally scheduled for 29 April 2022 to 30 May 2022. Concurrently, the Management Board of GERRY WEBER International AG can still confirm the figures, which were previously published on 31 March 2022, for the fiscal year 2021 as preliminary. The company will also announce its first quarter of 2022 on 30 May 2022.

The 2022 annual general meeting, which was originally scheduled for 7 July 2022, will be postponed as well. The company will announce the new date as soon as possible.
