The company recorded a net income of $472,396, marking a significant turnaround from the previous quarter's loss. This financial improvement was supported by a 7% revenue growth to $4.7 million and a gross margin increase to 53% from 35%.

The company's subsidiary, Alternative Medicine Association (AMA), contributes to its success by supplying cannabis products under its proprietary brand. AMA remains a top-selling brand in Nevada, focusing on delivering high-quality cannabis flowers and concentrates.

Despite challenges such as industry-wide pricing pressures and a slowdown in Nevada tourism, 1933 Industries continues to optimize its operations. The company completed the acquisition of the remaining 9% of AMA, bolstering its control over production capabilities.
