2CRSi Begins Exclusive Negotiations for AI Gigafactories in Europe

2CRSi, in collaboration with the ÆTHER Infrastructure consortium, has entered exclusive negotiations to establish a strategic industrial site for AI Gigafactories. The site will support the development of next-gen artificial intelligence infrastructures and meet European guidelines for AI Gigafactories. The initial phase aims for a 40 MW capacity, potentially expanding to 300 MW, subject to demand and regulatory approval. This project illustrates 2CRSi's commitment to contributing to European technological sovereignty through advanced infrastructures.

The project involves phased deployment and financial structuring without impacting 2CRSi's balance sheet. It serves as a technological showcase, boosting 2CRSi's market position in high-density servers and related technologies. The consortium envisions a pan-European network, starting with this initiative in the Grand Est region, emphasizing environmental leadership and local integration.
