2CRSi Launches Negotiations for an AI Gigafactory Industrial Site

2CRSi, in collaboration with the ÆTHER Infrastructure consortium, announces the start of exclusive negotiations to establish a strategic industrial site dedicated to AI Gigafactories. This project aims to develop next-generation artificial intelligence infrastructure in Europe, with a potential site offering up to 300 MW of electrical power. Implementation will be phased, aligning investments with demand.

2CRSi will act as the industrial initiator and technical coordinator, without significant impact on its financial performance. Financial management will be handled by a dedicated structure comprising various specialized partners. This project represents an important technological showcase for 2CRSi, offering promising commercial opportunities for its server solutions.

The initiative also reinforces the ambition to build a sovereign AI infrastructure in Europe, with strong integration into the local fabric for optimal socio-economic impact. The consortium places particular emphasis on decarbonized power and sustainability.
