2CRSi Reports Robust Growth in 2025-2026 Financial Year
2CRSi SA has announced its financial results for the year ending June 30, 2026, reporting a significant revenue increase of 75%, reaching €386.5 million. The company attributes this growth to the success of its Godì range and a strong demand for AI-dedicated infrastructure.
EBITDA surged to €34.2 million from €5.6 million the previous year, with a margin improvement to 8.8%. Net income for the Group reached €17.0 million, marking an eightfold increase from €2.1 million the previous year.
The company's financial stability remains solid with shareholder equity of €46.5 million and a cash position of €14.2 million as of June 30, 2026. Additionally, 2CRSi plans to improve its operating margins through high-value services, with the ÆTHER project playing a pivotal role.
The statutory auditor, however, has expressed concerns regarding internal control inadequacies and the sufficiency of evidence for specific transactions, leading to a disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements.
