2CRSi SA has published its monthly report concerning the number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital as of October 31, 2025. This information, regulated by Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), reveals a total of 22,367,975 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 30,946,931, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 30,928,828, after deducting shares without voting rights.
