2CRSi SA: Information on share capital as of March 31, 2026

2CRSi SA has published its monthly regulatory report detailing the elements relating to its share capital as of March 31, 2026. The document, in accordance with Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), discloses that the total number of shares comprising the share capital is 22,596,441. Theoretical voting rights amount to 28,861,048, while exercisable voting rights, taking into account shares without voting rights, are 28,853,917.
