Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026 Reveals Extended 51-100 List
March 12, 2026 — The 2026 edition of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants has unveiled its extended 51-100 list, ahead of the main awards ceremony in Hong Kong. Sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, the list highlights culinary excellence across 27 cities, four more than last year, with ten cities new to the rankings, including Busan, Chengdu, Kanazawa, and Nishikawa.
Seoul leads with seven restaurants on the list, featuring new entry San at No.54. Busan debuts with Fiotto at No.99. Notably, Chef 1996 in Beijing ranks highest among new entries at No.52. Dewakan in Kuala Lumpur sees the biggest leap, climbing 22 places to No.62.
The full 51-100 list showcases the region's diverse dining scene, with 12 establishments represented for the first time. The awards ceremony will take place on March 25, 2026, and will be streamed live online.
