The Chairman in Hong Kong Tops Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026
The Chairman in Hong Kong has been crowned the Best Restaurant in Asia for 2026, a title sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna. This marks its return to the top spot since 2021. The Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2026 list also highlights Hangzhou's Ru Yuan at No.10, winning the Highest New Entry Award.
In Beijing, Lamdre climbed 33 spots to secure the Highest Climber Award. Meanwhile, Seoul's Onjium and Jakarta's August gained recognition for their chefs, winning Asia’s Best Female Chef and Best Pastry Chef awards, respectively. Additionally, restaurateur Zhang Yong received the SevenRooms Icon Award.
This year’s list includes restaurants from 17 cities, with Bangkok leading with nine entries. The awards celebrate the region's culinary innovation and heritage, reflecting the diversity and creativity of Asia's dining scene.
