Vik in Chile Tops World's 50 Best Vineyards 2025 List

Vik, located in Millahue, Chile, has been named the world's best vineyard for 2025, sponsored by Resy & Tock. This recognition also establishes it as the best vineyard in South America. The announcement was made during an event in Margaret River, Australia. The list showcases vineyards from 15 destinations across six continents, featuring 11 new entries.

Following Vik, Schloss Johannisberg in Rheingau, Germany, emerges as Europe's best vineyard. It is celebrated as the first Riesling winery with a heritage spanning over 1,200 years. Bodegas Ysios in Rioja, Spain, takes the third spot.

Klein Constantia Wine Estate, South Africa, climbed 35 places to secure the sixth position, earning it the Highest Climber Award. In North America, Jordan Vineyard & Winery, USA, was recognized for its immersive experiences, while 98Wines in Japan was named Asia's best vineyard with a unique multisensory engagement.
