aap Implantate AG has announced significant management changes as Rubino Di Girolamo, the current CEO, will step down at the end of 2026. Cornelius Fink, who has been with the company in an operational role, is appointed to the Management Board as COO. Nicole Kassel joins the board as CFO, bringing a strong year of finance management experience within the company.
