ABB Completes Share Buyback Program
ABB Ltd, the Swiss technology leader, announced the buyback of 147,937 shares between January 8 and January 14, 2026. This buyback is a part of the program announced on February 7, 2025, under stringent regulatory standards. It aligns with the Swiss Ordinance on Financial Market Infrastructures and European regulations.
The transactions were executed on the SIX Swiss Exchange through a separate trading line, directed by a bank responsible for the timing, independently of ABB. By January 14, 2026, ABB successfully repurchased 20,469,244 shares under the current program.
