ABB Completes Share Buybacks Worth CHF 17.5 Million

Zurich, April 9, 2026 - ABB has concluded its share buyback program for the period of April 2 to April 8, 2026. During this time, a total of 263,000 shares were repurchased. The buyback program was initially announced on February 6, 2026.

The program adheres to the Swiss Ordinance on Financial Market Infrastructures, Market Abuse Regulation, and the Safe Harbour Regulation. The transactions occurred via the SIX Swiss Exchange, where a bank, acting independently of ABB, executed purchases on a separate trading line.

The buyback specifics include purchasing 100,000 shares at CHF 64.86 each on April 2, totaling CHF 6,485,880. On April 7, 92,000 shares were acquired at CHF 65.64 each, amassing CHF 6,038,748, and on April 8, 71,000 shares at CHF 70.00, totaling CHF 4,970,120. Since February 9, ABB has repurchased 2,956,104 shares overall.
