ABEO has reported its figures relating to shares and voting rights as of February 28, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. The company's share capital consists of 7,543,305 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 13,303,510.
ABEO specifies that certain shares, in particular 14,800 in treasury bearer shares, are deprived of voting rights. After adjustment of these shares, the exercisable voting rights reach 13,288,710.
