ABIONYX Reports Monthly Voting Rights and Shares Update

ABIONYX Pharma, listed on Euronext Paris Compartment C, has released its monthly statement detailing the company's total voting rights and share capital as of January 31, 2026. The report indicates a total of 35,511,655 shares outstanding. The gross total of voting rights, which includes all shares with voting rights, stands at 45,113,065.

However, when excluding shares with suspended voting rights, the net total amounts to 44,880,646. This distinction is crucial for transparency, particularly for calculating threshold crossings, in line with the AMF's guidelines.
