JP Morgan Chase & Co. recently increased its stake in ABIVAX, exceeding the 5% voting rights threshold. This information was officially announced on October 9, 2025. As of October 6, 2025, JP Morgan indirectly held 4,376,242 shares, representing 5.65% of the company's capital and 5.12% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the increase in equity holdings through assimilation.
