ABL Diagnostics takes over TEXCELL's activities
ABL Diagnostics has been selected by the Commercial Court of Évry to acquire the assets of TEXCELL, a company specializing in biosecurity and genomic analysis. This transaction aims to ensure the continuity of TEXCELL's operations, whose sales fell from €7.5 million in 2022 to €5.4 million in 2024.
The economic value of this project amounts to €2.9 million, including the acquisition of assets and inventory for €255,000, and the transfer of lease agreements for over €500,000. ABL Diagnostics will also invest €930,000 to modernize infrastructure and strengthen working capital by €1 million.
With this acquisition, ABL Diagnostics, already present at Genopole, plans to expand its team and develop its capabilities in virology and infectious diseases.
