ABL Diagnostics has officially rebranded to ABL Texcell Diagnostics following a decision by shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 17, 2026. The change reflects the company's evolution, particularly in molecular diagnostics, virology, and life sciences. Despite considering a move to Euronext Growth Paris, shareholders opted to maintain the company's listing on the Euronext Paris regulated market. CEO Dr. Chalom B. Sayada stated that this platform is the most appropriate for supporting the company's growth and shareholder interests.
