All for One Group SE: Fiscal Year 2024/25 Results and Outlook

All for One Group SE has released its preliminary results for the 2024/25 financial year, reporting sales of EUR 503.7 million, slightly down from EUR 511.4 million the previous year. The EBIT margin before M&A effects reduced to 5.2% from 6.7%, aligning with the revised forecast. The sluggish economic conditions in Germany and Europe affected investment decisions. Despite this, recurring revenue rose to EUR 265.7 million, constituting 53% of total revenue, and cloud service revenues grew by 4% to EUR 148.3 million.

The company continues to face challenges in migrating clients to SAP S/4HANA, linked to uncertainties in the market. EBIT before M&A effects declined to EUR 26.0 million due to restructuring costs. For the 2025/26 financial year, a moderate sales and EBIT margin recovery is anticipated, buoyed by cloud transformation and strategic M&A activities.
