Accor Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions and Dividend
On May 28, 2025, Accor held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at its headquarters, presided over by Chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin. The meeting saw a quorum of 71.73%, with all proposed resolutions receiving approval. The shareholders renewed the terms for Mr. Bazin and Mrs. Isabelle Simon, Vice-Chairman of the Board, and appointed Mrs. Katherine E. Fleming as an independent director.
Additionally, a dividend of €1.26 per share was approved. The dividend will be detached on June 2, 2025, and issued on June 4, 2025. The meeting featured reviews of the Group’s 2024 financial performance and discussions on Accor's commitment to its purpose and future objectives, presented by Mr. Bazin and CFO Martine Gerow.
