ACE & Company has introduced ACE Private Equity, a dedicated platform weaving together its Independent Sponsors and Secondaries strategies. By focusing on the fragmented lower middle-market and overlooked LP-led opportunities, the initiative aims to deliver specialized capital to underserved sectors. ACE's strategy utilizes over two decades of investing expertise and assets exceeding $2.0 billion, emphasizing access and specialization.

ACE Independent Sponsors partners with seasoned independent sponsors to invest in U.S. and Western Europe's lower middle-market companies. The strategy targets businesses with robust fundamentals, recently closing ACE Independent Sponsors IV at $143 million.

Meanwhile, ACE Secondaries caters to LP interests in mature private capital funds, finalizing ACE Secondary Investments VIII at $95 million. The secondary strategy enhances liquidity and efficiency, capitalizing on surplus market supply.
