Acheter-Louer.fr: Details on the Share Consolidation and Capital Reduction

Acheter-Louer.fr has announced the details of its reverse stock split. An exchange of 1,000 existing shares for one new share began on August 7, 2025. This reverse stock split will take effect on September 9, 2025. During this period, the exercise of securities will be suspended from August 29 to September 14.

The company is also planning a non-loss-driven capital reduction, lowering the par value of the shares from €112 to €6.0774. Following these adjustments, another reduction, this time loss-driven, will bring the par value down to €0.0112.

The number of shares resulting from the merger remains at 3,327,648. Acheter-Louer.fr continues to follow its schedule announced on July 23, 2025, without a capital increase.
