Acheter-Louer.fr Shifts Focus with Solana Treasury Activity

Acheter-Louer.fr has announced a strategic shift towards becoming a Solana Treasury Company. This move involves the issuance of convertible bonds at a fixed conversion price, amounting to €3.68 million. The funds will support the new Solana Treasury activity, the restructuring of existing convertible bonds, and cover working capital needs.

The company will strategically accumulate Solana (SOL) to generate passive yields between 5% and 11% annually. However, the price volatility of Solana could lead to significant value fluctuations. The activity will be managed by the subsidiary ALFR Opportunity Invest.

Funds will be raised through private placement, with investor Digital Ventures I participating. Proceeds of €2.15 million will be allocated to Solana acquisition and operational needs. The company expects this strategy to sustain operations until December 2025.
