Repositioning of Achater-Louer.fr: New Strategy with Solana
On June 18, 2025, Acheter-Louer.fr announced a strategic repositioning by introducing a "Crypto Treasury Company" activity focused on Solana. This initiative will be financed by an issuance of convertible bonds for an amount of €3.68 million. This project also includes a share capital reduction by reducing the par value of the shares.
Acheter-Louer.fr aims to leverage the Solana blockchain, known for its high performance and ability to manage large-scale decentralized applications. By accumulating and staking Solana, the company hopes to achieve a passive annual return of between 5 and 11%.
The transaction also involves a restructuring of the outstanding OCEANE bonds and could impact the company's liquidity risk management. The bond issue will support the new strategy until the end of 2025.
