ACTIA Group: Results for the first half of 2025

ACTIA Group announced revenue of €266.4 million for the first half of 2025, down 4.7% compared to the previous year. This decline is mainly due to a 9.6% decrease in the Mobility division. In contrast, the Aerospace, Energy, and Engineering Services divisions posted growth of 16.4%, 30.3%, and 2.8% respectively.

EBITDA stood at €11.5 million, representing a margin of 4.3%. The financial results showed a net loss of €13.4 million, contrasting with the profit of €12.5 million recorded in the same period last year. The significant decline in operating profit to -€3.2 million is explained by non-recurring expenses and a difficult economic environment.

ACTIA continued its structural adaptation efforts and recorded a Free Cash Flow of €18.2 million. The group aims to stabilize its annual turnover at around €535 million, despite geopolitical and economic uncertainties.
