ACTIA Group, a public limited company based in Toulouse, has announced its total number of shares and voting rights as of August 31, 2025. The share capital consists of 20,099,941 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounts to 32,444,276, while the net total, excluding treasury shares, reaches 32,424,362.
The company's articles of association, updated at the General Meeting of December 2, 2022, require that any shareholder reaching certain ownership thresholds notify the company. These thresholds begin at 1% of the capital or voting rights, with additional levels up to 95%.
These rules apply from February 2, 2023, the date of the transfer of shares to Euronext Growth.
