ACTIA Group: Update of voting rights as of May 31, 2025

ACTIA Group, a public limited company based in Toulouse, has announced the update of its share capital and voting rights for May 31, 2025. The share capital amounts to 20,099,941 shares. The gross total of voting rights is 32,439,780, while the net total, adjusted for treasury shares, is 32,423,735 voting rights.

The company's bylaws require any entity reaching or exceeding certain shareholding thresholds to notify the company within five business days.
