Adocia's BioChaperone® Lispro: Promising Phase 3 Results

Adocia has disclosed full Phase 3 results for its THDB0206 (BioChaperone® Lispro) in type 2 diabetes. This announcement was made at the ADA 86th Scientific Session. The study confirms the positive topline results previously announced in July 2025. Conducted in China, the trial involved over 1,000 patients and demonstrated that the drug is non-inferior in HbA1c reduction compared to Humalog®.

BioChaperone® Lispro showed benefits in glycemic control, especially for individuals on Metformin or with HbA1c levels under 8.5%.
