Crossing thresholds at ADOCIA
On October 20, 2025, Swiss company Vester Finance announced that it had lowered its stake in ADOCIA's capital and voting rights to 5%. According to the statement, Vester Finance now holds 889,555 shares, representing 4.86% of the capital and 4.36% of the voting rights. This change is the result of the sale of shares both on and off the market.
Vester Finance is controlled by Thierry du Boislouveau. In addition to its shares, Vester Finance holds 196,506 stock warrants, exercisable until February 2030.
