Adtran Networks SE Revises 2025 Earnings Guidance
Adtran Networks SE announced an update to its financial guidance for 2025. The company's management initially anticipated a shift from a negative to a positive single-digit pro forma EBIT percentage. However, due to shipment timings in Q4, they now expect this range to vary from low negative to low positive.
Despite these adjustments, the financial arrangements between Adtran Networks SE and Adtran Holdings, Inc. remain unaffected. Specifically, Adtran Networks SE will continue to transfer profits to Adtran Holdings, and the latter will cover any losses incurred by the former, preserving shareholder compensation.
