Advanced Blockchain AG Delays Financial Statement Release and AGM

Advanced Blockchain AG, a key player in the blockchain investment sector, has announced the postponement of its 2024 annual financial statements release. Originally set for publication earlier, the audited statements are now expected within weeks. Consequently, the Annual General Meeting, initially scheduled for August 19, 2025, will also be rescheduled, with new dates forthcoming.

The delay is attributed to ongoing audits of the Cypriot subsidiary, Incredulous Labs Ltd. Additional regulatory demands and coordination issues among auditors caused delays. The completed Cypriot audits are crucial for the fiscal review of years 2021 to 2024.

Maik Laske, CFO, emphasized the importance of thorough reporting. The company aims to notify the market promptly about revised dates for the AGM and financial statements.
