AEVIS VICTORIA SA diversifies its tenants with the Kantonsspital Winterthur

Infracore SA, the real estate arm of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, announces a long-term lease with Kantonsspital Winterthur (KSW) for the site of the Privatklinik Lindberg. This agreement marks a significant change following the transfer of Privatklinik Lindberg to other sites within the Swiss Medical Network.

The contract, which will take effect on October 1, 2026, covers the hospital building, the parking lot and the outdoor areas, totaling approximately 10,484 m². KSW will notably develop its acute geriatric and palliative care activities there, thus consolidating its presence.

This strategic move by Infracore illustrates its ability to diversify its tenant base and strengthens its position in the Swiss hospital real estate market. Eric Frey, CEO of Infracore, emphasizes that this transaction reduces the company's reliance on Swiss Medical Network for rental income, from 89% to 75%.
