AGRANA to Fully Acquire AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH

AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG announced its decision to fully acquire AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH by purchasing an additional 49.99% of its shares. These shares, currently held by RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG, will make AGRANA the sole owner with a 100% stake. This acquisition aligns with AGRANA's NEXT LEVEL Group strategy, aimed at enhancing integration and expanding its global presence in beverage bases and aroma sectors. The transaction is expected to finalize by the end of 2025 following regulatory approvals.

AUSTRIA JUICE, a leader in apple and berry juice concentrates, operates 13 production sites across Europe and China, with around 1,000 employees and €330 million in revenues for the 2024/25 financial year. The acquisition is set at €54.7 million, paving the way for strategic synergies and cost efficiencies within AGRANA's Fruit segment. This move intends to strengthen AGRANA's global footprint and leverage existing operational efficiencies.
