AGRIPOWER FRANCE SA: 2025-2026 Annual Results and Cash Flow Update
Agripower France, a player in the methanization sector, reports strong growth in its consolidated revenue for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, reaching €11.5 million, an increase of 161% compared to the previous year. This growth is primarily due to initial revenue from the resale of biomethane.
Despite a reduced operating loss of €3.7 million, Agripower highlights its €13.0 million cash position, supporting the financing of the initial development stages of its biogas plants. Seeking additional financing, the company aims to strengthen its cash reserves to continue developing its projects.
Agripower's portfolio has expanded with stakes in seven projects, including "Greenfield" and "Brownfield" units, with commissioning planned from 2027, subject to the availability of the necessary financing.
The group recognizes persistent financial challenges related to increased financing needs, seeking solutions through bank refinancing and strategic partnerships.
