AGRIPOWER France: Successful capital increase
AGRIPOWER France announced the success of its capital increase, with preferential subscription rights maintained, reaching €8 million. This operation was marked by an impressive oversubscription rate of 111.3%.
The funds raised will primarily be used to invest in methanization plants and improve working capital. Seventy-five percent of the capital will be invested in these plants, while 25 percent will be dedicated to technological development and growth management.
The company's share capital, following this increase, will amount to 1,203,272.60 euros, spread over 12,032,726 shares. The new shares will be listed on the Euronext Growth market on October 8, 2025.
