Agripower launches a capital increase of 0.6 million euros

Agripower France (ALAGP) announces the launch of a €0.6 million capital increase. This operation is being carried out without preferential subscription rights and is intended for qualified investors. The offering, which will close before the market opening on July 17, 2026, aims to strengthen equity and finance growth.

The Vaury family, through the company Johes SAS, has committed to subscribing for 600,000 euros. The operation, without guarantee, involves an accelerated private placement in France and internationally, excluding the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan.

The new funds will support Agripower's development in biomethane, where it is positioned as a developer-investor. The transaction is being carried out without a prospectus, and the new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris on July 21, 2026.
