Agthia Group PJSC has introduced the Agthia Academy, in collaboration with Bühler, to advance Emirati talent in food manufacturing. This initiative is designed to equip local entrepreneurs, operators, and specialists with expertise in milling, baking, and production. The platform aims to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational discipline, aligning with the UAE's food security goals.
The launch is part of Agthia's strategy at Make it in the Emirates 2026, focusing on skill development within the food industry. It also aims to foster sustainable growth by improving operational standards and expanding the food value chain.
Agthia Academy collaborates with UAE institutions such as United Arab Emirates University and Zayed University to integrate advanced technologies into academic frameworks. The program offers structured learning that includes practical, international, and technical training experiences at facilities in Abu Dhabi and Bühler's centers in Switzerland.
