Air Liquide Announces Updated Voting Rights

Air Liquide has released its monthly declaration to the French financial markets regulator, AMF, regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2026. The company reported 578,627,505 shares, with an identical total number of voting rights. Excluding treasury shares, the voting rights stand at 577,089,379.

Compared to the previous month, the figures show a slight decrease. In April 2026, the number of shares and voting rights was 579,379,853, with voting rights excluding treasury shares at 577,093,213.
