AirIQ Expands with Strategic Acquisition

AirIQ Inc., a leader in IoT asset management solutions, has announced the acquisition of key assets, including customers and video telematics software, from a privately held IoT services company. This transaction, completed on October 31, 2025, involves assets that generate approximately $450,000 in annual recurring revenue, with margins exceeding 70%.

The purchase price is set at up to $850,000, with an initial cash payment of $600,000. An additional $100,000 could be earned based on gross profit increases over the next year. AirIQ is funding the acquisition through available operating cash and has established a Transition Services Agreement to ensure a seamless integration.

CEO Mike Robb highlights the acquisition's role in AirIQ's growth strategy, noting the addition of a new video telematics solution with immediate demand. All financial figures are in Canadian dollars.
