Crossing the threshold for AYVENS

On May 19, 2025, Parvus Asset Management Jersey Limited announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of AYVENS. This crossing, which occurred on May 13, 2025, resulted from an acquisition of shares outside of organized markets.

Indeed, Parvus Asset Management now holds 40,930,202 AYVENS shares, representing 5.01% of the capital and 3.28% of the voting rights. This transaction includes the holding of 12,560,202 shares through equity swap contracts with maturities extending through February 22, 2027.

This crossing meets the legal obligations provided for by the commercial code, in particular article L. 233-7, highlighting the importance of declaring significant movements in the holding of company shares.
