Allianz Reports Record Operating Profit of €17.4 Billion for 2025
Allianz SE has announced a record operating profit of €17.4 billion for the 12 months of 2025, marking an 8.4% increase from the previous year. This strong performance is attributed to growth across all business segments, with total business volume rising by 8.1% to €186.9 billion. The Property-Casualty segment particularly drove the growth, contributing significantly to the overall operating profit increase.
Shareholders’ core net income saw substantial growth, increasing by 10.9% to reach €11.1 billion. Core earnings per share also rose by 12.5% to €28.61. The company's Solvency II ratio improved significantly, reaching 218%, illustrating strong capital adequacy.
Looking ahead to 2026, Allianz aims to maintain its operating profit at €17.4 billion, with a variance of €1 billion. The management proposes a dividend of €17.10 per share, an increase of 11% over 2024, and has announced a share buy-back program worth up to €2.5 billion.
