Shelly Group Announces Dividend Payment Terms

On July 21, 2026, Shelly Group SE, a Sofia-based provider of IoT and smart building solutions, announced the terms for its dividend payment, following a decision made by the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2026. The initial payment date has been set for July 28, 2026, concluding on July 28, 2027. The distribution will occur through the Central Depository AD, complying with the Public Offering of Securities Act and relevant ordinances.

Shareholders holding securities in Register A will receive their dividends through DSK Bank AD branches. Those in Register B will receive payments via their respective investment intermediaries. Shareholders can still claim unpaid dividends within five years post the payment term. Unclaimed dividends will then be directed to the company's Reserve Fund.
