Shelly Group Surpasses Expectations in Q1 2025

Shelly Group SE has reported a significant start to the financial year 2025, with group revenues increasing by 28.9% to EUR 26.5 million. The company's EBIT rose by 23.0%, reaching EUR 6.7 million, maintaining a robust margin of 25.2%. Meanwhile, the consolidated net profit experienced a similar growth of 23.6%, amounting to EUR 5.6 million.

The company's equity ratio grew to 86.2%, bolstered by better procurement practices and management of receivables. Cash flows also improved, with operating cash flow reaching EUR 4.1 million. Shelly Group confirms its 2025 revenue and EBIT growth guidance in the range of EUR 145-155 million and EUR 35-40 million, respectively.

Shelly continues to expand internationally, with notable growth in Italy and Scandinavia. The company remains optimistic for the year ahead, aiming to surpass market trends despite macroeconomic challenges.
