Shelly Group to Acquire Full Stake in Shelly Tech

Shelly Group SE, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, announced its intention to acquire the remaining 24% stake in its Slovenian IoT subsidiary, Shelly Tech. Previously known as GOAP Računalniški inženiring, Shelly Tech has been under partial ownership of Shelly Group. This transaction, priced at EUR 948,939.02, is the final phase in the acquisition plan established in January 2023 between Shelly and the subsidiary’s shareholders.

The completion of the share transfer is anticipated in the coming weeks, following necessary procedures. Shelly Group is well-regarded for its IoT solutions for both DIY and professional users. The move to consolidate its ownership in Shelly Tech aligns with its strategy to expand its footprint and product offerings globally.
