Alset AI Ventures Inc., a Vancouver-based AI venture company, announced the completion of its non-brokered private placement, raising approximately $700,000. The offering consisted of 12,727,272 units priced at $0.055 each, generating funds to fuel the company's cloud compute business expansion.

Each unit includes one common share and one-half of a warrant, enabling holders to acquire a share at C$0.10 until December 2027. The capital will enhance sales, marketing, and revenue milestones, supporting Alset AI's growth strategy, according to CEO Adam Ingrao.

This placement leverages regulatory exemptions and awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Notably, the securities will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act and are not available for U.S. distribution.
