Alset AI Ventures Closes Second Tranche of $3 Million Loan
Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI venture company, has closed a second tranche of its loan transaction with insider Randy Gilling, securing $195,000 out of a $3 million commitment. To date, $695,000 has been advanced. 195 non-convertible debentures were issued at $1,000 each, bearing a 6% annual interest.
The company also provided 1.3 million warrants to Gilling, convertible into common shares at $0.15 each over three years. The funds will enhance Alset AI's working capital and support its AI infrastructure strategy, including Lyken.AI's growth.
The TSXV has allowed Alset AI to close extra tranches up to $1.5 million until May 20, 2026. Additional debentures and warrants will follow, depending on TSXV approval.
