Alset AI Ventures Inc. Provides Status Update on MCTO
Alset AI Ventures Inc., an AI venture company, has issued a bi-weekly update on their Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) status, initially announced on January 29, 2025. The British Columbia Securities Commission issued the MCTO, restricting the company's CEO and CFO from trading until they file their annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024.
The company anticipates that the Required Documents will be filed by March 11, 2025. No material changes have occurred since the default announcement that would concern investors. Until compliant, Alset AI will continue issuing updates under National Policy 12-203 guidelines.
