Alset AI Ventures Partners with CHIP Datacentres for AI Infrastructure Development

Alset AI Ventures Inc. has announced a strategic alliance with CHIP Datacentres Inc. to enhance AI infrastructure. The memorandum of understanding, signed on August 25, 2025, outlines a plan to support AI deployment and optimize Alset's cloud platform, Lyken.AI. This collaboration aims to cater to the increasing demand for AI solutions from enterprise clients.

As part of their partnership, Alset AI has committed investment into CHIP's data center in Waterloo, which will feature a power capacity of approximately 2MW. This move is intended to advance joint market strategies, focus on AI rack space, and maximize cloud services, leveraging CHIP's relationships with over 60 global technology firms.

CEO Adam Ingrao emphasized the importance of this partnership for accessing reliable Canadian power and meeting the growing demand for AI compute. CHIP’s facility, optimized for GPU servers, like NVIDIA H100, plays a crucial role in Alset's strategy to efficiently scale AI infrastructure globally.
