Alstom publishes its 2024/25 Universal Registration Document
On May 28, 2025, Alstom announced the filing of its Universal Registration Document for the 2024/25 financial year with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This document includes the Annual Financial Report. It is available to the public free of charge on Alstom's website and that of the AMF.
The document includes several key sections: the consolidated financial statements, the auditors' reports, the management report, corporate governance, as well as a description of the share buyback program.
This publication is in compliance with regulatory obligations and aims to provide transparent information to investors and the public.
