Alta Copper Corp. Announces AGM Voting Results

Alta Copper Corp., based in Vancouver, has disclosed the outcomes of its Annual General Meeting held on June 4, 2025. During the meeting, 44,398,593 common shares, which represents 48.88% of the company’s outstanding shares, were represented. All proposed motions were approved by shareholders.

Kreston GTA LLP was reappointed as the company’s auditor with a strong approval rate of 94.56% in favor. The number of directors was officially set at four, following the resignation of Robert McDonald, who opted not to seek re-election to focus on other business interests.

Giulio T. Bonifacio, Andrew Hamilton, Steven Latimer, and Christine Nicolau were elected as Directors. Additionally, Steven Latimer takes on the role of Non-Executive Chairman, while Bonifacio remains President and CEO.
